ಧ್ಯಾನ ಮಾತೃತ್ವ

ಮಾತೃಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ತಾಯಂದಿರಿಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಗಳು. ಪಿರಮಿಡ್ ಸ್ಪಿರಿಚ್ಯುವಲ್ ಸೊಸೈಟೀಸ್ ಮೂವ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ನ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮರ್ಷಿ ಪತ್ರೀಜಿಯವರು ತಾಯಿತನವನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ನೀಡಿದ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಾವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ.

ಗರ್ಭವತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಆಹಾರ .. ಪ್ರತಿ ಮೂರು ಗಂಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಆನಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಆಸ್ವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು . ಮಾಂಸಾಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತ್ಯಜಿಸಬೇಕು, ಮೊಟ್ಟೆ ಸೇವಿಸುವುದನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸೋಯಾಬೀನ್ಸ್, ರಾಜ್‌ಮಾ, ಪನ್ನೀರ್, ಕಾಬೂಲೀ ಚನಾ, ಮಿಲ್‌ಮೇಕರ್, ಬೀನ್ಸ್, ಸೊಪ್ಪುಗಳು, ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ, ಡ್ರೈ ಫ್ರೂಟ್ಸ್, ಖರ್ಜೂರ, ಒಣದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ, ಗೋಡಂಬಿ, ಬಾದಾಮಿ, ಅಂಜೂರ ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಿತವಾಗಿ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕು. ಗರ್ಭವತಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರುವಾಗ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು .. ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಸಂಗೀತವನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸುವುದು, ಆಹ್ಲಾದಕರವಾದ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಸಿನಿಮಾಗಳನ್ನು, ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅನವಶ್ಯಕವಾದ, ಉಪಯೋಗವಿಲ್ಲದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡಬಾರದು. ಇತರರ ಕ?ಗಳನ್ನು, ಬಾಧೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದ? ಕೇಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಿರುವುದೇ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಿಡ-ಮರಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಮಯ ಕಳೆಯಬೇಕು. ಪಿರಮಿಡ್ ಕ್ಯಾಪ್‌ಅನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹೊತ್ತಾದರೂ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ಮೇಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಮಲಗಬೇಕು. ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಯರ್ ಫೋನ್ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ತಾಯಿ ಅಥವಾ ತಂದೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹೊತ್ತಾದರೂ ಗರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಗುವಿನ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕು. ಮುದ್ದಾಗಿರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು, ವಿಜನ್ ಚಾರ‍್ಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಗೋಡೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಂಟಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು. ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಧ್ಯಾನ, ಪಿರಮಿಡ್ ಧ್ಯಾನ, ಹುಣ್ಣಿಮೆಯ ದಿನ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಮಯ ಧ್ಯಾನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಸ್ತವಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವೇ ಕಾರಣಕರ್ತರು ಎನ್ನುವ ವಾಸ್ತವವನ್ನು ಸದಾ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಆತಂಕ, ಒತ್ತಡ, ಭಯ ಮುಂತಾದ ವಿ?ಯಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸವ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಪೂರ್ತಿ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ, ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಇರಬೇಕು. ನೀವು ಯಾವುದನ್ನು ನಂಬುತ್ತೀರೊ ಅದೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. 

ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೆದುಳಿನ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ.. ಹುಟ್ಟಿದಾಗ ಅನೇಕ ಜನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ೧೦೦ ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಜೀವಕೋಶಗಳು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದಂತೆ. ೫೦ ಬಿಲಿಯನ್ ಜೀವಕೋಶಗಳು ಶರೀರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾಗಗಳಿಗೂ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳವರೆಗೂ ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾ?ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಲ್ಲ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಇರುತ್ತದಂತೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಅವರ ತಂದೆ-ತಾಯಿಯರು ಒಂದೇ ಭಾ?ಯನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದರೆ ಆ ಭಾ?ಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಿಮಗೆ ಬರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾ?ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಆಗ ಅವರು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾ?ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಬಲ್ಲವರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.. ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮಿಸದೇ ಇದ್ದರೆ ೮ ತಿಂಗಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ೧೦೦ ಬಿಲಿಯನ್ ಜೀವಕೋಶಗಳು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತವೆಯಂತೆ. ೧೦ ವ?ದೊಳಗೆ ಇರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ೫೦೦ ಟ್ರಿಲಿಯನ್ ಜೀವಕೋಶಗಳು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತವೆಯಂತೆ. 

ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಮೊದಲು ಮೂರು ವ?ದೊಳಗೆ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೃಜನಾತ್ಮಕತೆಯು ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಮೆದುಳಿನ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಕುಗ್ಗಲಾರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತದಂತೆ. ಕನಿ?ಪಕ್ಷ ೧೨ ವ?ದೊಳಗೆಯಾದರೂ ತಂದೆ-ತಾಯಿಯರು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರ್ತಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಗಿ?ವಾದ ರಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾವೀಣ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. 

ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದ ಅಂಶಗಳು .. ಮಗು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ೧೨ ಗಂಟೆಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಬೋರಲು ಮಲಗಿಸಿ ಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಗರ್ಭವತಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರುವಾಗಲೇ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಒಳಗಿರುವ ಮಗುವಿನ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು. ೧೫ ದಿನಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಟಬ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಿ? ಬಿಸಿ ಇರುವಂತೆ ಬಿಸಿನೀರನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಮಗುವು ಅದರೊಳಗೆ ಈಜುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಶಾರೀರಿಕ ವ್ಯಾಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಆಹಾರ ನೀಡುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಶಾರೀರಿಕ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ನೆಕ್ ಕಾಲರ್‌ಅನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ರಾತ್ರಿ ಹೊತ್ತು ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಸಂಗೀತವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಸಿ. ಸಂಗೀತ ಕೇಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಹಾಯಾಗಿ ಆಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನೀವು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತಾ ಮುಂಚೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಹೇಳಿದರೆ, ಅದನ್ನು ಮಗು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. 

ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ೨೨ ಅಥವಾ ೪೪ ಪಿರಮಿಡ್ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಮಲಗಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಬಹಳ ಪ್ರಾಣಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸರಿಯಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಾದರೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ೧೨ ಗಂಟೆಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಅಂಬೇಗಾಲು ಇಡಬಲ್ಲರು. ೪ ವ?ದೊಳಗೆ ಇರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ೧೦ ಭಾ?ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು, ಉಪಯೋಗವಿಲ್ಲದ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ನಿದ್ರಿಸುವಾಗ ನೀಡುವ ಸಲಹೆಗಳಿಂದ (ಸ್ಲೀಪಿಂಗ್ ಸಜೇ?ನ್ಸ್‌ನಿಂದ) ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. 
ಹಸಿವೆಯಿಂದ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಚೆಟ್ನಿ ಅನ್ನ ಹಾಕಿದರೂ ಅಪರಿಮಿತವಾಗಿ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಹಸಿವೇ ನೀಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಪಂಚಭಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಪರಮಾನ್ನವನ್ನೇ ಬಡಿಸಿದರೂ ಉಪಯೋಗವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದಾಗಿನಿಂದ ೪ ವ?ಗಳವರೆಗೂ ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆನ್ನುವ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.  ಆಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾದರೆ, ಜೀವನವಿಡೀ ಅವರು ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಈ ೪ ವ?ಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಲ್ಲರು ಎನ್ನುವ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವುದೇ ಈ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮಾತೃತ್ವದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ್ಯ.

Spiritual Motherhood

As Brahmarshi Patriji, founder of the Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement wonderfully speaks about ‘motherhood’......

Motherhood is a critical, emotional, spiritual, educative and joyous part of every woman’s life.

Having gone through the joy of conception, physical pains of pregnancy, responsible caring of the baby for nine months and emotional highs in feeling the baby grow, a woman realizes the divinity of motherhood the moment she delivers a baby into this world.

Living through the many moments of the baby’s life – right from the wavy crawls and tiny steps, through the physical, emotional and spiritual learnings as they grow and their evolution into a great human being – is a unique gift for every mother.

DIVINE MOTHERS
  • Kunti Devi....Kunti devi is a great mother where she raised her children as well as Madri’s children equally without any discrimination. Yudhishter is the eldest son of Kunti. He was the most truthful person on the earth. He never uttered lies. The credit goes to Kunti for the truthful nature of Yudhishter.
  • Radha....Foster mother of Karna....Radha nurtured Karna as her son, after his own mother Kunti abandoned him on the banks of the Yamuna. Karna has a highly sacrificing nature. The credit goes to his foster mother Radha who gave us Radheya in the history of Mahabharata.
  • Jijabai....Chatrapathi Shivaji’s mother....She raised him by teaching the stories of courageous people right from childhood and made him pious man of great valour.
  • Putlibai Gandhi....Mother of political and spiritual leader of India – Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi....Mahatma Gandhi chose the path of non-violence to fight for India’s freedom just because he swore to his mother that he will adhere to non-violence.

All these divine mothers raised their children in such a way that the entire world itself feels so great about them.

We have lot of cases in Indian mythology where the baby in the womb listens and learns a lot from the outside world. And when they enter the world, they directly implement whatever they learnt while inside the womb.

  • When Narada maharishi was teaching Narayana mantram to Prahalada’s mother, Prahalada  learnt that while he was in her womb. With that knowledge he became a great devotee of Maha Vishnu and was instrumental to Narasimha avataram.
  • Abhimanyu’s education began while he was still in Subhadra’s womb. He overheard Arjuna telling Subhadra the secrets of how to enter, exit, and destroy various battle formations. He only heard how to enter but not exit or destroy the secret of the chakravyuh formation as Subhadra fell asleep and thus Arjuna could not complete his explanation. With that knowledge Abhimanyu entered into the Chakravyuh in Mahabharath.
  • Ashtavakra, when he was in his mother’s womb, learned vedas as he heard his father recite them.

So.... pregnant women should be very careful because whatever situations the mother-to-be is facing... will have a great impact on the baby in the womb.

If you want to have a great, beautiful, healthy baby,  all pregnant women should be highly protective about the surrounding environment and situations, their own physical and mental status and also of their surrounding people.

NEGATIVE VIBRATIONS

Now a days we are all leading monotonous and mechanical lives. We are all running at the back of Maya in the outside world.

Every minute there is a lot of physical and mental pressure, dissatisfaction towards certain things in life, stress, strain, tension etc. If any pregnant woman faces such type of negative vibrations then the baby in the womb cannot stay peaceful. Those negative vibrations will definitely affect the baby.

But the question is why are we facing such type of disturbances all the time?

USELESS THOUGHTS

The first thing is... we are not understanding the ‘truth’. We are forgetting our inner world and not able to recognise the ‘I’ in ourselves. We are not able to spend time with our innerself. Because of that, useless thoughts creep into our mind and we get carried away by those thoughts. In addition, along with us we also affect our new born babies.

So...how do we come out of this situation?

The one and the only way to come out of this situation is MEDITATION.

MEDITATION

MEDITATION cures all illnesses.

MEDITATION means... cleansing the mind.

“SPIRITUAL HEALTH is the root and PHYSICAL HEALTH is the fruit”.

Meditation is necessary for everyone. But for pregnant women meditation is a must do thing. Only then, the baby will come to this world very happily. Pregnant women should do meditation at least twice a day....once in the morning and once in the evening with a duration of 30 minutes each time. Meditation is easy to practice and not difficult at all. It is very simple.

Here is the procedure to do meditation....

For meditation the first thing is the posture. You may sit in any posture. The posture must be very comfortable and stable. We can meditate either on a floor or on a chair. We can meditate in any place wherever we feel comfortable. Sit comfortably, cross your legs, clasp your fingers, close your eyes and observe your normal natural breath. This is called ‘Anapanasati Meditation’.

In ‘Anapanasati’ one needs to keep one’s total attention and awareness only on the process of one’s normal breathing. Breath calmly. Breathing should be very natural. There should not be any holding or stopping of the breath. Whenever the mind wanders, one has to cut the thoughts at once and bring one’s attention back to the natural rhythm of breathing. Relax and become the ’observer’.

Be with your breath.

Then the density of the thoughts reduces. Slowly breath becomes thinner and shorter. Finally breath becomes smallest.

In this state one will have no breath and no thought.

This state is called no-thought state.

This is the meditative state.

In this state we will be under the shower of ‘Cosmic Energy’.

This cosmic energy flows through the energy body clearing all the blockages and leads to good health. One hour of meditation done by pregnant women not only benefits her but also benefits the baby inside the womb.

SAJJANA SANGATHYA

Instead of gossiping about third person matters, it is always better to practice silence and discuss about others meditational experiences. This helps the baby in the womb to understand the concept of meditation.

SWADHYAYA

Swadhyaya is daily study of spiritual books written by realized sages.

Pregnant women should not see violent movies and T.V serials. Instead they can read great spiritual masters autobiographies and new age spiritual books. Every pregnant women should adapt the habit of swadhyaya....so that the baby in the womb gets spiritual knowledge and intelligence. And the baby will feel very thankful to the mother for creating such a good spiritual environment for her.

VEGETARIAN FOOD

Having a healthy baby requires a healthy mother. So managing pregnancy to ensure baby’s  good health is important for every expectant mother. Pregnant women should take only vegetarian food. That is the best suitable food for them.

The baby in the womb will not like the non-vegetarian food because it has enough knowledge that killing animals is a sin.

They should eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. Try eating 5 or 6 small meals each day instead of 3 large ones.

Music will positively influence the development and well-being of the baby. Pregnant women should listen to soothing music and classical music throughout the day. Instrumental music is more powerful than vocal music. Expectant mothers who listen to classical music and sounds of nature are less likely to feel stressed about their pregnancy.

Pregnant women should spend most of the time in nature by enjoying the beauty of it. She should decorate the bare wall with the pictures of beautiful nature and baby posters to get most joy from seeing them at anytime. Because of this the baby in the womb also feels happy as long as she is in the womb and after birth she will live happier naturally.

MOTHER IS THE FIRST GURU

The first guru for every living being is their ‘MOTHER’. Once the baby is born the mother has to give enough necessary knowledge to the baby as early as possible....may be within 5 years....so that the baby becomes physically, mentally and spiritually stronger.

Such type of babies possesses soul satisfaction to the fullest. This is the biggest ever gift a mother can give to her baby. Every mother should teach their children about loving, caring and being friendly towards all other living beings.

THE WEALTHY PERSON

In this materialistic world even if you have crores of money you won’t get peace of mind. Whoever has health, happiness and peace of mind always....is the real wealthy person.

If the mother wants her baby to be the most wealthy person she should teach meditation to the baby from the early age. Meditation gives health, peace and joy which makes the baby the wealthiest person in the world. That is the reason why every mother, every mother-to-be should become a meditator and make every baby a meditator.

DIET FOR A HEALTHY PREGNANCY

It’s important to eat healthy food for the mother and the baby.  For pregnant women a small meal for every 3 hours is required. Every time she takes food she should relish and enjoy the food she is eating.  Pregnant women must not take non-vegetarian food. Instead they should eat more soyabeans, rajahma, mashrums, panner, kabuli channa, meal maker, beans, leafy vegetables and dryfruits.

PREGNANCY DO’S AND DON’TS

Pregnant women should always listen to good music and watch comedy and spiritual movies. They should not talk unnecessary things. And they should not listen to or interfere in others issues. They should spend more time with nature. And when they are taking shorter naps they should keep the pyramid cap on the stomach. At least once in a day either mother-to-be or father-to-be should talk with the baby in the womb by putting the ear phones to the stomach. Doing group meditation, pyramid meditation for an hour is a must. On full-moon days long hours of meditation is compulsory.

One should always remember the fact that “YOU CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY”
One should never become tensed or fearful when they are expecting. They should always be calm and peaceful. Pregnant women should strongly believe and hold on to a positive thought that they will have a normal safe and easy delivery. Because whatever you believe the most, only that comes to reality in your life.

The brain capacity of a new born baby is tremendous. Most of the new born babies will have 100 billion cells working in their brain. Almost 50 billion cells are used to get connected to all parts in the body.

Till the baby is 6 months old it has the capacity to understand almost all the languages in the world. When parents talk only one language with the baby, the baby will learn only that language.

Parents should talk in all languages whatever they know with the baby so that the baby can easily learn multiple languages. Parents should put more effort to increase the child’s learning ability. Otherwise when the baby reaches 8 months old almost 100 trillion cells may stop working. And when the baby reaches 10 years 500 trillion cells stop working.

Within the first 3 years parents should put efforts to find out the creative power in their child.... otherwise the brain power may reduce.

Before the age of 12 years, the parents should find out the skills in their child and his/her areas of interest and constantly encourage the child to become proficient in those areas.

Some important points....

Within 12 hours of the baby’s birth, he/she should be given a bath by making the baby lie on his/her stomach.

From 15th day you can make the baby swim in a tub by putting suitable warm water in it.

Physical exercises for the baby should be done before feeding the baby.

Neck collar should be used for the baby when doing physical exercises.

When babies are awake in the night time, you should make them listen to beautiful music. With that they will play happily.

When you are doing any work, just speak to the baby about the work before hand. They will understand perfectly.

Make the babies sleep under  2x2 or 4x4 pyramids. They will receive tremendous amount of cosmic energy and grow up healthily.

If we give proper training to the new born babies they will crawl immediately after the 12th hour of their birth.

By the age of 4 years, children will have the capacity to learn 10 languages.

All health issues and any useless habits of children can be rectified very easily through ‘sleeping suggestions’ technique.

Children, till the age of 4 years, have tremendous craving for learning new things. If they are given proper education and guidance during those early years, the children will have the ability to grasp most of the knowledge required for their entire life.
